Posting: download the pack, then upload in Meta Business Suite or your scheduler and paste the caption. Direct posting needs Meta and LinkedIn app review — that comes with the Cloudflare backend.
Caption tip: lead with city + specialty in the first line — “Just listed in Ivins” — then the address, then a call to action to your /home-valuation or booking link.
In the print dialog, choose “Save as PDF,” set margins to None, and enable Background graphics.

Print-shop ready: exports at 300 DPI with 0.125″ bleed on all sides. Tell your printer: coroplast or aluminum, and to convert RGB→CMYK on their end. Standard rider grommets/holes are added by the shop.
The QR is the whole point. It points to your listing page (set the “Listing / Tour URL” field), so a drive-by scan lands on a page you own and captures the lead in Lofty — not a portal that keeps the buyer. This is the modern replacement for the old call-in “Voice” rider.
Local print shop shortlist (St. George): ask any large-format shop for a 6″-tall coroplast rider with pre-drilled holes to match your Real Broker post panel. Order 10–20 blank-QR riders and a few event riders (Open House) at once to cut per-unit cost.

Recording runs in real time — a 45-second video takes ~45 seconds to render. Keep this tab in front while it works.
Add music the safe way: the video exports silent on purpose. Upload to YouTube, then add a track from YouTube Studio → Audio Library (free + cleared). No copyright strikes, no licensing bill.
Title it to rank: front-load keyword + location — e.g. “Ivins UT Home Tour — 4BR Single-Level | Treasured Properties.” First line of the description: business name, city, specialty, then a link back to the listing page.
Lofty strips giant inline images, so the page references hosted URLs. Blank lines become numbered placeholders you find-and-replace.

    Paste-ready HTML
Where it goes in Lofty: Pages → add a Custom / HTML content block on your listing page → paste. The style block is namespaced (.tp-lp) so it won't fight Lofty's theme.
Schema note: the JSON-LD is included inline. If Lofty strips <script> tags from the body, move that block into Lofty's site-wide header/SEO code injection instead — it still counts.
Built to rank & convert: address + city + specialty land in the first 25 words, your credentials from Step 3 sit in the E-E-A-T author block, and internal links point to /sell, /home-valuation, and the community page.

Getting your routes: go to eddm.usps.com, drop a pin on the farm, and it lists every carrier route with its household count and demographics. Enter the route code (like 84738 R001), the ZIP, the area name and the household count. Routes run roughly 300–600 homes; minimum 200 pieces; EDDM Retail caps at 5,000/day per ZIP.
Farming takes repetition. Six to twelve touches before a neighbour remembers your name. One drop in March that never got followed up is money spent and abandoned — the log above is there so you can see the gaps.
